NCAC Swimming

 

 

The North Carolina Aquatic Masters (NCAM) program is a year-round swimming program geared toward providing a positive atmosphere for adults of all ages and skill levels, from novice to former collegiate swimmers, triathletes, recreational and fitness swimmers.  We are a chapter of U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS).

Due to our fantastic location on the beautiful University of North Carolina campus, we have a broad range of ages, spanning from 18 year old college freshmen to more "mature" professionals and faculty. All of our practices are held in the indoor pool at the Koury Natatorium adjacent to the Dean Smith Center.

Our Masters program is designed for adults swimmers (18 and up). There is no minimum skill level required…just an interest in the sport and desire to swim.

If you are interested in joining, here are the steps you need to take:
1. Download the NCAM masters registration form .
2. Download the USMS registration form. All members of NCAM must be registered with USMS for insurance reasons.
3. Check the practice schedule on our practice info page.
4. Fill out your forms and bring them to your first practice. You are ready to begin!
